PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
All of our garments are designed with a fully intentional and unapologetic vintage aesthetic. Each piece is individually and artisanally treated by hand to achieve its unique look.
Product Characteristics
Our sweaters undergo a deliberate artisanal treatment process that includes:
- Washing and partial bleaching of the fabric
- Distressing: intentional wear, friction marks, and fraying
- Hand-crafted holes, tears, and imperfections
- Irregular dye, texture, and finish variations
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: These characteristics — holes, distressing, fading, tears, and other imperfections — are intentional design elements and are fully described in our product listings. They do not constitute manufacturing defects or flaws. By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that these features are an integral part of the item as sold.
No claim regarding the worn, torn, faded, or distressed appearance of an item will be accepted, provided these characteristics are consistent with the description and visuals presented on the product page.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
Order Confirmation
By placing an order on our online store, the customer fully and unconditionally accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. An order is considered final upon payment confirmation.
Payment Methods
We accept all payment methods provided through Shopify Payments, including major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as any other payment options available at checkout.
Stock Availability
Our products are available while stocks last. In the event of a stock shortage following order validation, you will be notified as soon as possible and fully refunded.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS & LEGAL WARRANTY
The legal warranty of conformity applies to our products and covers genuine manufacturing defects — that is, unintentional flaws that render the product unfit for its normal intended use.
The following are expressly not considered manufacturing defects: holes, distressing, fading, and all other imperfections that are presented and described on the product page as intentional design elements of our vintage aesthetic.
In the event of a genuine, unintentional defect, please contact us by email with supporting photos as soon as possible. Each case will be assessed individually and we will propose an appropriate solution (exchange, store credit, or refund).
