Shipping Destinations

We ship from France to the following destinations:

• Metropolitan France
• European Union and European Economic Area
• United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway
• Rest of the world (subject to carrier availability)
• Estimated Delivery Times

• Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 business days
• Europe (EU/EEA): 5 to 10 business days
• International: 10 to 21 business days

These timeframes are provided as estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch. They do not constitute a contractual commitment and may vary depending on the carrier and customs conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the destination and weight of the parcel. They are the responsibility of the customer, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Tracking & Liability

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is dispatched. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, or any force majeure event.

In the event of a confirmed parcel loss by the carrier, we will open an investigation and, depending on the outcome, offer a replacement or a refund.
