RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. Legal Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable French and European consumer protection law (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), customers based in the European Union have 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.

Customers outside the European Union are subject to the return policy described below, as no statutory right of withdrawal may apply in their jurisdiction.

2. Return Conditions

To be accepted, all returns must strictly meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition — unworn and unwashed
  • Original tags must be intact and attached
  • The item must be sent back in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
  • The return request must be initiated within the applicable 14-day legal period following receipt

3. Exclusions — Vintage Product Nature

In accordance with the explicit description of our products, no return or refund request will be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Presence of holes, tears, or openings in the fabric: these are intentional and fully described
  • Faded, bleached, or uneven appearance: voluntary treatment inherent to the product
  • Visible wear, fraying, or imperfections: core design elements of the piece
  • Perceived non-conformity with a standard new garment: our products are sold with these specific characteristics

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge having fully read their description and viewed their product images, and you accept that visible imperfections are an integral part of the item.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during return transit.

5. Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item (within 3 to 5 business days), the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the event of an error on our part.
